Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct or co-lead weekly treatment groups.
• Provide social work services for patients with identified needs.
• Develop and maintain contact with patients' families and provide information with signed release forms.
• Apply Therapeutic Strategies and Interventions to maintain a safe environment during disturbances.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team reviews and provide input on progress and needs.
• Write clinical progress notes describing patients' responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with state and county stakeholders to formulate discharge plans.
