Job summary

Texoma Community Center in Denison, TX seeks an experienced Forensic CJC Case Manager to provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adult offenders enrolled in the program. You will advocate for clients, respond to crises, and train in trauma-informed care within a recovery-oriented framework.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in human services; duties include coordination with probation/parole and collaboration with the Fidelity Manager and Program Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Two years human services experience preferred.
• Experience with mental illness or addiction is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide accessible psychosocial rehabilitation services to adult offenders in the Forensic CJC program.
• Advocate for identified Forensic CJC clients within TCC and the community.
• Provide crisis response as necessary to program clients.
• Coordinate program activities with Forensic CJC Fidelity Manager and Program Director.
