Qualifications

• Proven experience leading forensics, litigation, and valuation teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and lead a new division.
• Existing network of law firms with ability to generate recurring revenue.
• Full right to work in the USA; visa sponsorship not possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the disputes team in forensics, litigation, and valuation.
• Build the division with autonomy and minimal politics.
• Develop a revenue-generating model including commissions and profit sharing.
• Hire and scale the team with final say on future hiring decisions.
