Davies seeks a Manager in Forensic Accounting to lead analytical work on long-tail insurance claims. You will develop claim-level allocation models, and provide data-driven tools to support complex exposures.

Strong communication with clients and senior management is essential. The role emphasizes independent work, rigorous data analysis, and collaboration within a dynamic team across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• At least three years of experience allocating long-tail insurance claims as a consultant or in-house.
• Excellent Excel, Word, Data Analysis, and other relevant software skills.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary to intermediate analysis of sales, production and other accounting data.
• Conduct physical inventory observation and price testing.
• Examine source documents pertinent to engagement.
• Model loss allocation scenarios for mass torts and complex claims.
• Create customized solutions combining insurance, data, and legal opinions.
• Collect and organize data from various sources and ensure accuracy.
• Perform data cleaning and transformation for modeling purposes.
• Prepare reports and schedules with clear narratives.
