Meaden & Moore in Boston offers an internship from January 2027 to May/ August 2027 with start and end dates flexible. Interns work on investigative accounting engagements, evaluating physical damage and business income losses caused by catastrophes, and reviewing historical financial data and insurance claim evaluations.

Open to both part-time (20–29 hrs/week) and full-time (30–40 hrs/week); fully onsite, exposing you to industries from small local retailers to multinational entities; requires

Qualifications

Junior or senior level student.
Accounting major.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office, especially Excel at an intermediate or advanced level; open to training in other Windows-based applications
Motivated and enthusiastic, a self-starter who learns new skills and applies them to client work

Responsibilities

Work on investigative accounting engagements
Evaluate physical damage and business income losses caused by catastrophes
Review and analyze historical financial and industry information, revenue and expense projections, insurance claim evaluations, and economic damage assessments
