Please note: This role is an overnight shift -- typically shift starting around 8-10pm and finishing around 4-6am. Candidates with overnight work experience are strongly preferred. This will be a full-time position working 40-55 hours per week. This is a leadership position that involves leading a night crew and provides opportunity to advance within the organization.

Job Overview: As a Foreman/Lead Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician at our Richmond location, you'll be at the heart of our operations.

Responsibilities include:

Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.

Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.

Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.

Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

Quality assurance - taking pictures, videos, and noting key details.

Training new technicians.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean record.

Understanding and adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Ability to interpret technical information.

Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.

Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.

Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.

Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.

Preferred:

Experience leading crews and crew assignments.

Mechanical aptitude with the potential to diagnose and perform small repairs.
