Job summary

Mowery Construction is seeking a Foreman for our Special Projects Group. You will lead on-site teams, schedule activities, and ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.

The role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing materials, and performing advanced carpentry tasks on fast-paced, small projects typically under 1–3 million dollars. We value collaboration, accountability, and a balance between hard work and rewarding, enjoyable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews on small to mid-size projects.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage on-site personnel and activities.
• Lead advanced carpentry work including framing, concrete, trim, doors and hardware.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project costs and projections to ensure budget adherence.

Mowery is seeking a Foreman in our Special Projects Group to join the team. The Foreman is a leader who will be responsible for scheduling, managing, and motivating on-site workforce, coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers, and cost control and projections within the Special Projects Group. The Foreman is also responsible for advanced carpentry work including, but not limited to, framing, concrete work, finish trim, installation of doors and hardware and specialty items. Mowery's Special Projects Group works with small, fast paced projects that are typically below 1-3 million dollars in value.
