Hypower is looking for an Underground Construction Foreman to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Operate excavators over 50k loaders, skid steers, rollers, etc.
2. Supervise a five-person crew efficiently.
3. Read grade stakes and interpret grades.
4. Work with trench boxes and dewatering systems.
5. Operate a Windows-based computer for timesheets and paperwork.
6. Read and interpret blueprints.
7. Make field decisions and take corrective actions.
8. Communicate with team, city, and client officials.
9. Work day and/or night shifts.
10. Perform physical labor as required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 5 years of operating experience.
• Ability to read grade stakes and blueprints.
• Knowledge of trench boxes and dewatering systems.
• Valid CDL is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows computers.
• Ability to work with construction crews and perform physical tasks.
