Responsibilities

• Represent Luck Stone with neighbors, customers, and inspectors in a professional manner.
• Uphold Luck Stone plant appearance standards and help keep the site clean and organized.

• Pay or shift range: $71,200 USD to $106,800 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Luck Stone is looking to hire a Plant Operations Trainee who is ready to roll up their sleeves and learn what it takes to run a world-class quarry operation. This role puts you at the center of it all — from supervising production teams and maintaining quality standards to overseeing blasting programs and representing Luck Stone in the community. What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipment, and the physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds

Attitude: A willingness to learn, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to grow into a leadership role

Schedule
Onsite, with frequent exposure to dusty and outdoor conditions across all weather, including work around quarry high walls, elevated positions, and tunnels.
