Qualifications

• Eight years of RF technician experience with testing equipment.
• Completion of Journeyman Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead crews and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Understanding advanced construction and telecom methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations and jobsite activities.
• Ensure safety policies and site requirements are followed.
• Direct and support field crews to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Review drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and personnel.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to project management.
• Perform and oversee RF testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Support tower and civil construction and telecom infrastructure projects.

Required

• Minimumofeight(8)yearsofconstructionexperiencewiththeabilitytointerpretblueprintsandprojectlayouts
• Minimumofeight(8)yearsofRFTechnicianexperience
• CompletionoftheNewHorizonsJourneymanTechnicianprogramorequivalentexperience
• ExperienceusingRFtestequipmentincludingwattmeters,spectrumanalyzers,sweepequipment,andPIMtestingequipment
• Abilitytoleadcrewsandworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
• Strongorganizational,communication,andproblem-solvingskills
• ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeapplicationsanddigitalreportingtools
• Abilitytounderstandandapplyadvancedconstructionandtelecommunicationsmethodologies
