Job summary

Triple-D Communications, LLC is seeking a Foreman Telecom Underground in Mansfield, OH for fieldwork. You will lead crews, read blueprints, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while meeting project timelines.

This role requires strong leadership and hands-on supervision in outdoor environments. Responsibilities include training crew members, coordinating with property owners, and operating heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies comply with OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
