Texstar Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and maintenance of aerial telecom systems in Colorado. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding less experienced teammates on-site.

The role requires 3+ years in a related field, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam. CDL-A is preferred and occasional storm-response travel may be required.

Formación

• Requires 18+ years old and authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• DOT physical exam with valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

At Texstar Enterprises, LLC, as a Telecom Aerial Foreman, you'll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You'll serve as the on-site expert, offering guidance and support to less experienced team members.

What you’ll do

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified
• CDL Class "A" driver license is preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse
