Job summary

C&T Siding & Windows is seeking a dependable, self-motivated professional to oversee exterior siding projects. You will manage from start to finish, supervise onsite crews, and coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure clear communication and timely updates to customers.

• 5+ years of experience in siding installation.
• Experience in management, supervision and/or leadership with proven success in mentoring/training others.
• Superior customer service and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
• The ability to maintain a steady schedule while meeting production goals and expectations.
• Desire to perform physical labor while working in year-round outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project duration from start to finish assuring quality installation and completion.
• Assist, supervise and manage the onsite crew, while working closely with all departments assuring effective communication with supervisor and sales representative.
• Responsible for continuously updating customers with ongoing details of project while addressing concerns and questions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe worksite, free of debris and risk, with a general understanding of rules and regulations.
