Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality AV installations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Foreman, you will play a critical role on the job site, leading field crews, optimizing execution, and ensuring installations meet the highest standards.

• Field Leadership – Direct and motivate installation technicians to perform safe, efficient, and high-quality work
• Project Execution – Coordinate schedules, trades, tools, and deliveries to keep projects on track
• Crew Scheduling – Maintain and manage technician deployment using scheduling platforms and project forecasts
• Mentorship – Train and coach junior technicians to build skills, confidence, and team capacity
• Stakeholder Communication – Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Services leadership to report progress, flag issues, and implement solutions
• Tools & Materials – Ensure job sites are equipped with the right resources, materials, and documentation
• Safety & Standards – Uphold safety procedures and ensure proper equipment usage across teams

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead effectively in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
