As an Environmental Foreman, you will oversee and manage staff and subcontractors on diverse environmental construction projects, including demolition, restoration, earthwork, and stormwater management. This role requires hands-on operation of heavy equipment alongside the crew while ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. Essential Duties
  • Supervise and manage field crews and subcontractors to meet project goals.
  • Implement health and safety measures, ensuring compliance with project work plans.
  • Manage labor and equipment time to maximize productivity and adhere to budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding schedules and project requirements.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment as needed.
  • Oversee delivery and offloading of supplies and materials.
  • Complete field reports to track progress and document activities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.
  • Minimum 3 years of construction supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, project planning, and environmental construction best practices.
  • Ability to read site maps and interpret project instructions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work under extreme weather conditions.
