We are inviting courteous individuals who possess an eagerness to learn on the job and the ability to understand instructions and carry them out efficiently to JOIN us. Full and Part time positions available.

Make It Shine DBA SHINE is a 25 plus year, second generation, family-owned-and-operated business. We provide services to both residential and commercial clients all over Southeastern Virginia which include: window cleaning; pressure and soft washing; gutter cleaning; high dusting; roof cleaning; building restoration and sealing, and more. We take pride in tackling projects that other companies can’t/won’t do.

We work year round, full time. We are not seasonal like most companies in our industry.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Able to pass drug and background tests

· Possess a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and clean driving record

· Must have manual dexterity – able to kneel, reach, climb, balance, lift

50-60lbs

· Not afraid of heights! Ladder work – generally 24ft- 32ft but some up to 40ft.

· Work availability range from 7:00am – 5pm Monday- Friday.

Occasional night/weekends and overtime

· Detail oriented and able to work with a team to stay on task

Benefits:

• Foreman are hired based on experience from $18-$23

· Team start salary $16-$18 depending on experience with first raise eligible in

45 days
