Faith Technologies in Kansas is seeking a Foreman to support daily production execution and coordinate pipe fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly across prefabricated systems. The role requires collaboration with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure material readiness and on-time scheduling.

In addition to supporting daily production execution, this role contributes to the coordination of pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, skids, pipe racks, header systems, and other prefabricated assemblies. The Foreman works closely with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to verify material readiness,identifyproduction constraints, communicate issues, and support achievement of schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
The position requires regular use and understanding of shop equipment and processes including welding equipment, pipe positioners, automated saws, grinders, beveling tools, grooving machines, CNC pipe processing equipment, and material handling equipment. A strong focus is placed onmaintainingsafe work practices, supporting quality standards, reducing rework, maintaining 5S expectations, and ensuring work areasremainclean, organized, and production ready.
Education: Highschool Diploma or GED
Experience: 4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related industrialtradespreferred
Travel:0-25%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
