Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Job Details

Title: Foreman - Pipefitter
Reports to: Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Pipefitters to deliver quality and customer service.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager on project planning and execution.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare materials and takeoffs.
• Supervise on-site functions, including scheduling, material control, and safety compliance.
• Ensure all safety and project documentation is maintained and reports are submitted timely.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain high safety standards and team efficiency.
• Work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience; journeyman or ability to obtain license.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and professional.
• Experience with government facilities is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
