Join Our Team as a Foreman - Pavement Marking at TRP Infrastructure Services

TRP Construction Group, LLC, with locations in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, is a rapidly growing striping company committed to increasing road safety and delivering precision and excellence. We are seeking a Pavement Markings Foreman to lead our highway striping team. The role involves supervising crew operations, ensuring compliance with DOT and quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols.

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, Exempt
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead highway striping crew in applying thermoplastic, waterborne paint, epoxy, and other pavement marking materials.
  • Assign tasks to laborers based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate work with supervisors and communicate progress.
  • Ensure work is performed according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Manage daily documentation, including labor hours, material usage, and operational data.
  • Monitor work zones for safety and traffic control.
  • Train and educate laborers on proper techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous crew management experience in paving industry.
  • Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass background checks and drug testing.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with technology and applications.
  • Valid CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement.
  • ATSSA Certified Basic Flagger.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50-100 pounds regularly; occasionally more than 100 pounds.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather, moving equipment, traffic, fumes, and airborne particles.

Availability:

  • Monday to Friday, with some nights, weekends, and overtime required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
