Network Connex is seeking a Foreman to lead construction of aerial and underground fiber optic facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in demanding field environments. You’ll supervise crews, coordinate materials, and operate heavy equipment to install handholes, manholes, and ducts.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel weekends for project coverage across sites in Texas.

The Foreman will perform general construction of aerial and underground fiber optic facilities to include, but not limited to site preparation, excavation, placement of underground/telco facilities, handhole and manhole placement, verification of utility locates; operates equipment to include skid steer, mini‑x, trucks with trailers, power tools, and non‑powered tools.
