Job summary

ENFRA, a long‑standing leader in energy infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee commercial construction crews on site in the United States. You will manage daily field operations, enforce safety policies, coordinate trades, and drive projects to stay on schedule and meet specs.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands‑on supervision. Expect travel to job sites, a fast‑paced environment, and a commitment to quality workmanship and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years commercial construction experience holding a foreman role.
• Ability to exhibit leadership skills that motivate, build respect and express a firm and fair attitude when directing workers.
• Exhibits commitment to the implementation.
• Experience enforcing company safety programs and OSHA regulations that result in providing a safe workplace.
• Communication and management skills to improve the team is required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.

• Provide installation instruction to the workers by detailed verbal explanation or detailed sketches
• Provide all materials organized to ensure ease of installation in the work area
• Expedites tools, equipment, and materials to ensure that the workers stay in the work area
• Inspect and test the installation
• Call for code enforcement inspections
• Mark‑up as‑built drawings daily
• Timekeeping
• Enforce safety policies and respond to incidents
