About the Role

We are looking for a Foreman to join a dynamic team in delivering high-quality pump solutions. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring that production runs smoothly, products meet quality standards, and the workforce is properly utilized.

Responsibilities

• Ability to direct and assist in the fabrication and assembly of machinery built
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Manage and coordinate team activities to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics.
• Ensure the manufacturing floor is clean, organized, and operating under safe conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or foreman role; typically 3-5 years is expected.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Effective communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Welding experience is a high priority; MIG and TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
