Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead field crews on low voltage and electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will supervise crews, read plans, coordinate with superintendents and other trades, and manage daily logs in Procore to keep projects moving forward in fast-paced environments. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading field crews on electrical construction or data center projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations on active job sites.
• Supervise, train, and support crews to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Plan and organize manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for assigned work.
• Communicate work plans, schedules, and safety expectations to field crews.
• Monitor crew performance, attendance, and PPE compliance.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and company standards.
• Resolve field issues and maintain team alignment.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades on site.
• Report job progress, manpower needs, and field challenges to leadership.
• Complete daily logs and Pre-Task Plans (PTPs) in Procore

JSET Automated Technologies is hiring Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily jobsite operations on low voltage and electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in low voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, or commercial electrical construction
• Previous experience leading crews or working in a lead role
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate crews and drive productivity while maintaining quality standards
• Experience working on large commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects preferred

Nice to Have

• Previous Foreman, Lead Technician, or Assistant Foreman experience
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification

Work Environment

Physical, hands-on construction role with lifting, climbing, and outdoor/indoor work in varying conditions. Regular travel to project sites may be required.
