Job Overview

Local and established Waterproofing and Foundation Repair company in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking full‑time Foreman, Leadman, and Laborers. Starting pay is up to $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with opportunities to increase up to $35.00/hr when promoted to a Foreman. Class B required for all Foreman (can obtain after employment). The Foreman in Training program is available for new hires if qualified.

Essential Responsibilities

• Work in confined spaces.
• Follow direction.
• Manual digging and lifting 80–100 pounds.
• Concrete labor / moving concrete.
• Availability to work long hours and some Saturdays.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's license.
• Pass drug test.
• Pass background check.
