Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman in Bradenton, FL to supervise and work with a landscape construction crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate equipment and materials, and train crew members on installation techniques while maintaining schedules and enforcing safety on all sites.

• Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
• Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
• Supervising and training crew members on installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
• Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
• Overseeing quality control on job sites
• Safely operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators
• Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
• Reading landscape plans and providing material layouts
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
• Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
