Job Summary

Leads and coordinates general labor activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of project tasks. Provides guidance and hands-on support to crew members, promoting consistent performance and safety compliance. Applies experience to anticipate project needs, address challenges, and improve workflow efficiency. Supports leadership in monitoring progress, maintaining safety standards, and fostering crew development.
