Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems across multiple sites. You will supervise crew members, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and drive projects to completion on schedule.

The role requires at least 1 year of sprinkler/fire protection experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong blueprint-reading skills. NICET certification is preferred; OSHA 10 and related trainings are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• U.S. Work Authorization required.
• Pre-employment drug screening, background and reference checks.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• NICET Level I or II preferred.
• OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds and handle tools and equipment safely.
• Supervise and guide crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams for installations.
• Drive to job sites and work at multiple locations.
• Submit written progress reports for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to teammates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.

• This role requires working closely with team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.
• The Foreman position will also be responsible for supervising and guiding crew members while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems
