Paylocity is seeking a Foreman to lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems across multiple sites. You will supervise crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The role involves hands-on field work in commercial and residential buildings, with travel to various job sites up to 100%. Candidates should be motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Work Authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods.
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations.
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings.
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems.

• NICET Level I or II (Preferred)
• Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)
• OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)

Travel Requirement

• Up to 100% travel to job sites
