PROMAN Skilled Trades in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a skilled Commercial Foreman Electrician to lead on-site electrical construction projects. You will supervise crews, read blueprints, coordinate conduit runs, install switchgear and panels, and ensure safe, code-compliant workmanship on large commercial sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on supervision, and collaboration with project managers and other trades to drive project success from start to finish.

Qualificações

• Foreman-level electrical experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and jobsite safety practices.
• Class A Iowa Electrical License required.
• Per Diem offered to qualifying candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and oversee large cable pulls.

• Perform hands-on electrical work as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Commercial Foreman Electrician to lead electrical construction projects within the commercial sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on large-scale construction sites. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant codes and regulations. As a leader on-site, you will manage teams of electricians, coordinate with project managers, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety to drive project success from start to finish.
