Job summary

Feyen Zylstra in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead onsite electrical installations in commercial and industrial settings. You will supervise crews, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance to ensure safe, on-time project completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory electrician experience, strong knowledge of NEC and blueprints, proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office, and a proven ability to train and mentor teams.

Qualifications

FZ is looking for an Electrical Foreman for the Charlotte, NC office. As an onsite project leader, this role ensures successful project completion by supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous Electrician experience and proficient in the installation of complex electrical systems.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and leading crews.
• Knowledge of building construction methods, NEC electrical code, permit requirements, and safety procedures.
• Competence in reading and following blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Experience with Bluebeam.
• Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.
