Job description

Now Hiring in Arizona, Florida & New Mexico

Build Something
That Lasts.

At FNF Roofing, we don't just hire employees — we build careers. If you take pride in your craft and want to grow with a company that treats you like family, we want to hear from you.

We've been in the roofing business for over 20 years and we're still growing — which means real opportunities for people who show up, work hard, and take pride in their craft.

Family-Like Culture

We're a tight-knit team. Everyone knows your name here. We look out for each other on the job site and off it — that's just how we operate.

We promote from within. Technicians become foremen. Foremen become crew leaders. If you want to move up, we'll invest in getting you there.

Safety First, Always

We provide comprehensive training, quality equipment, and a culture where safety is never negotiated. Your well-being comes before any deadline.

Four Growing Markets

With operations in Ocala, FL, Tucson, AZ, Albuquerque, NM, and now Englewood, CO, we offer steady year-round work — and as we expand, more room to grow.

Open Positions

We're Actively Hiring.

We're looking for experienced, motivated people who are ready to commit to quality work and long-term growth. Here's where we need you most right now.

You're the person the crew looks to. You know how to keep a job moving, communicate with customers, and hold a team to a high standard — all while still being one of them. If you've led crews and are ready for more responsibility, this is your next step.

Operations / PM Tucson, AZ Ocala, FL Albuquerque, NM

You run the job, not just work it. From posting permits and calling in inspections to counting material deliveries, documenting every roof, and running the final magnet sweep — you make sure each project gets done right, on time, and to code. If you’ve managed roofing jobs start to finish and hold a crew to a high standard, we want you leading ours.

You build the book — you don’t just work the leads. You’ll grow your own customer base, walk homeowners through estimates in plain English, close the job, and stay with it through the final walkthrough and payment. If you’ve sold roofing or exterior products and you’re driven to keep the pipeline full, let’s talk.

"We don't just build roofs — we build careers and we build each other up."

At FNF, the people who stay and grow with us aren't just employees — they're part of how we define ourselves as a company. When you succeed here, we all succeed. That's not a slogan. It's how we run this place.

We Invest in You

After your first full year with FNF, you're enrolled in our comprehensive benefits package. We reward loyalty and longevity.
