Groundworks of Central PA, a Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Foreman to join their team in Shamokin Dam, PA.

The Foreman provides leadership to their crew and is an integral part of our success. The Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. They monitor project progress to ensure it stays on track regarding time and budget. Candidates with experience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting solutions, and team leadership are ideal for this position.

Job Responsibilities of Foreman:

• Lead a high-performance team serving local customers
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed
• Assess site conditions, plan work, assign duties, and ensure timely completion
• Install products and services with support from a national team
• Troubleshoot and innovate as needed to meet standards and deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service onsite
• Complete and submit all final documentation accurately
• Supervise crew and train Installers and Co-Foremen
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites

Requirements to join as a Foreman:

• Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills
• Experience leading small teams or crews
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas
• Other duties as assigned

Physical requirements:

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs, perform strenuous labor, and stand/walk for long periods
• Manual dexterity and coordination required
• Good stamina and vision for reading reports and screens
