Gonzalez Asphalt Inc & Gonzalez Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee all phases of concrete projects in our Arizona operations. You will lead crews, interpret plans, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
