Salary : $30-$40 / hr. (TBD)

Procon Roofing Corporation is seeking an Experienced Flat Roofing Foreman to become part of our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. With over 35 years of consistent growth in the industrial and commercial construction and roofing industry, were a well-established company offering stable, full-time employment throughout the year for experienced professionals. We specialize in projects ranging from 1,000 to 1,000,000 square feet, making us a pioneer in the field. Responsibilities

• Project Oversight : Supervises all aspects of roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring work aligns with blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Crew Management : Assigns tasks to crew members, monitors performance, and provides on-site training to ensure skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
• Logistics & Planning : Coordinates daily operations, including mobilization and demobilization of job sites, material handling, and equipment readiness.
• Quality Control : Inspects ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets company and client expectations for workmanship and durability.
• Communication : Acts as the liaison between workers, clients, and upper management, reporting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Administrative Duties : Maintains records, prepares reports, and may assist in estimating and quoting jobs.
• Assist in roofing work alongside the crew as needed

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Foreman in Commercial Flat Roofing
• Experience with TPO roofing applications
• Ability to be a dependable team player
• Have a valid Drivers license and a reliable method of transportation
• Skilled in the use of hot air heat welders, robot welders, tear-off equipment, hydraulic hoists, and other roofing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and detect leaks
• Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
• Knowledge of the health and safety regulations
• Access to tools / equipment and safety gear!
• Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel out of town as needed
