This role combines hands-on carpentry with supervision to drive project success. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in carpentry, with supervisory experience, strong reading of blueprints, and a solid grasp of construction regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. (Not required)
  • First Aid/CPR certification. (Not required)
  • Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus, but not required

Ability to travel by driving a vehicle or as a passenger on an airplane to various locations. The employee must be able to maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities occurring at the site, including the activities of other employees and contractors, the operation of stationary equipment and the movement of mobile equipment.
