Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a dispatcher/lead role to coordinate service work, parts delivery and daily shop activities in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional customer service, and a professional appearance, with responsibilities spanning PDI inspections, service repairs, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Prior RV/Automotive/Powersports experience as a technician or dispatcher is required.
• Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
