Job summary

United Building Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on masonry restoration and concrete repair projects across commercial, institutional, and specialty restoration work. This is a working foreman role that will manage daily field operations while maintaining production, safety, and quality.

The candidate will supervise crews, read plans, coordinate with project management, plan manpower and materials, monitor safety and workmanship, train crew members, and perform hands-on

Qualifications

• 5+ years masonry restoration and concrete repair experience.
• Prior foreman or crew-lead experience on restoration projects.
• Ability to read drawings and manage work to schedule.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA training is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders/scaffolding, lift materials and perform physical duties.

Job Summary

• Supervise field crews performing masonry restoration, brick replacement, repointing, concrete repair, patching, and related restoration work
• Read plans, specifications, and work scopes; coordinate daily production goals with project management
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Monitor workmanship, safety practices, and jobsite cleanliness
• Train crew members and enforce quality standards
• Document daily progress, production, and field issues
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site representatives as needed
• Perform hands-on restoration work when required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in masonry restoration and concrete repair
• Prior foreman or crew‑lead experience on restoration projects
• Strong knowledge of brick and masonry repair, mortar matching, tuckpointing/repointing, and concrete patch/repair methods
• Ability to read drawings and manage work to schedule
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• OSHA training is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders/scaffolding, lift materials, and perform physical job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
