Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman to join our Richmond team in a dynamic construction environment. As a Foreman, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, utilizing heavy equipment and performing essential tasks that contribute to the successful completion of our projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing a crew during underground utility installation projects and a strong understanding of construction site procedures. Ideal candidates will be dependable, punctual, and can be relied upon to work independently or with minimal supervision while still meeting deadlines and expectations.

• Ability to proficiently read plans, survey layouts, centerline, and grade is a must.
• Ability to use and understand tools such as sight level, pipe laser, and transit is a must.
• Familiarity with various pipe materials (PVC, ductile iron, concrete, HDPE) and appropriate installation techniques.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and procedures is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
