BHI Energy is currently looking for a CCP Foreman at the Roxboro Fossil Plant, located in Roxboro, NC. This is a long-term position and does not pay any per diem or relocation fees. You will be responsible for day-to-day direction and supervision of work activities of direct reports within assigned areas.
You will report onsite to the plant in Roxboro, NC.
Specific Responsibilities –
Specific job responsibilities and duties should include but not be limited to:
- Direct daily activities of assigned personnel
- Augment and support assigned personnel in areas requiring additional assistance and at times where work demand his higher than expected
- Conduct and document focused observations of work activities for safety and operational improvement opportunities
- Provide direct coordination between client personnel and work group to understand daily and weekly work scope
- All duties and responsibilities contained within Job Description for those personnel being supervised
- Notify management of need for repairs
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct and actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings
- Follow established safe work practices
- Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary
- Capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
- 1 year foreman experience.
