Job summary

SAGE Fence is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead fencing installation crews across projects primarily in North Carolina and Georgia.

You will supervise field crews, ensure on-time, on-budget completion, read site plans and specifications, coordinate materials and safety procedures, and communicate with project managers and clients to maintain quality and progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fencing, construction, or a related field.
• Prior leadership or crew supervision experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead fence installation crews in the field. The Foreman will be responsible for managing job sites, supervising team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in fence installation or construction.

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
