Thorpe Plant Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to supervise skilled crews on construction sites, ensuring work aligns with blueprints, budgets, and safety standards. You will delegate tasks, monitor progress, and drive quality control across multiple trades.
The role requires strong leadership, on-site experience, and the ability to coordinate with project teams to meet tight deadlines. On-site work and travel may be involved, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
The Foreman will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of skilled workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
The employee must wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, ear plugs, steel‑toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location of the work.
All employees must observe and fulfill safety responsibilities as outlined in workplace safety training, and actively work toward maintaining a safe workplace. Failure to do so can result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
