Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an Insulator Foreman for a Pace, FL assignment. The role supervises a crew, interprets plans, assigns tasks, and ensures quality and safety on site.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS include a high school-level education, 2+ years as a Mechanic A/Journeyman, and leadership abilities. NCCER Crew Leader is preferred; post-offer screens and safety policy compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent; mandatory for consideration.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Mechanic A/Journeyman.
• NCCER Crew Leader Certification preferred.
• Post offer drug/alcohol screen and safety policy acceptance required.
• Ability to lead others and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety guidelines for all employees under direction.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and written/verbal orders.
• Assign duties and coordinate work for production of the unit.

We are seeking an Insulator Foreman for a position in Pace, FL. The Foreman position exercises independent judgment and supervises and directs a group of workers engaged chiefly in one occupation. Non-exempt role; Reports to the General Foreman or Supervisor; Performs a variety of routine duties within established policies.

Essential Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Mechanic A/Journeyman
• Knowledgeable in his/her craft, in order to lead others in the same craft
• Possesses basic leadership/mentor skills
• Able to plan/coordinate multiple job tasks at the same time
• NCCER Crew Leader Certification preferred
• Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
• Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Compensation

Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement
