Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety driven General Foreman to join our team for ongoing oilfield power distribution, construction, and maintenance projects throughout New Mexico and Texas. This position is responsible for motivating crews, maintaining contact with customer representatives, and seeking new opportunities to grow the company. Candidates must be dependable, highly motivated, and capable of working in demanding outdoor environments while maintaining the highest safety standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Physical Demands

  • Fast‑paced field operations requiring strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness.
