Job summary

KAR & Larrabee Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Foreman to lead HVAC and mechanical installations in field settings. You will plan daily operations, supervise crews, and coordinate with project superintendents to ensure safety and on-time results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in foreman roles or HVAC supervision, strong leadership and communication, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation methods. You will lift up to 50 lbs and work in active field environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or in HVAC/mechanical supervision.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• OSHA awareness and commitment to safe practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in field conditions.
