Job summary

Woodford Bros., Inc. in New York State seeks a Foreman to lead a crew on structural and basement waterproofing installations across Upstate NY. You will supervise daily operations, motivate team members, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in foundations, waterproofing, rough carpentry, and reading construction drawings. Valid driver’s license, strong English communication, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, or similar trades.
Ability to read and interpret job specs, scopes of work, and basic construction drawings.
Experience operating hand and power tools and small equipment.
Background in working in basements, crawlspaces, and confined environments.
Rough carpentry skills including framing, measuring, cutting, leveling, anchoring.
Knowledge of structural concepts like load paths, support, and leveling.
Experience with excavation, concrete, or structural reinforcement is a plus.
Ability to learn and install proprietary systems (Supportworks).
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.

What We’re Looking For in a Foreman: In this role, you will lead a crew specializing in Structural and Basement Waterproofing installations throughout Upstate NY. You’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This includes motivating and guiding team members, performing and overseeing technical tasks using specialized equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. You’ll also be expected to communicate professionally with customers, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience that sets us apart from other contractors. What We Offer

Hourly pay plus project completion bonus, ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 annually.
