Job summary

Groundworks in Oregon seeks a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation solutions projects. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and crew performance while coordinating daily operations and mentoring team members.

The Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Foreman monitors the progress of a project and keeps it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
