Job summary

Tri Scapes LLC in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Enhancement Crew Member to join our growing landscape installation team. You will help transform commercial and municipal properties with trees, shrubs, sod, hardscapes, and seasonal color, delivering precision and quality on every project.

We value hard workers who are detail-oriented and commit to safety. No prior experience required—training is available, and you’ll gain hands-on skills, a path for growth, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape construction or heavy physical labor is a plus, but training is provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying Georgia weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable transportation to and from work and a valid US driver's license with clean MVR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute landscape installation projects including planting trees, shrubs, seasonal color, and ground cover.
• Perform site prep and grading, soil preparation, leveling, and installing sod or seed.
• Spread and install bulk materials such as mulch, pine straw, decorative stone, and gravel with clean edges.
• Assist with light hardscape and drainage installations for commercial enhancement projects.
• Safely operate and maintain installation tools and equipment, including sod cutters, tillers, trenchers, and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Adhere strictly to the Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site, including proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscape construction, installation, or heavy physical labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions and consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

Dependable transportation to and from work.

A valid US driver’s license and clean MVR is a plus.
