Booz Allen Hamilton in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to manage and support FMS partners in their cooperation, utilization, training, and configuration of U.S. military equipment.

You will perform case lifecycle management including LOR and LOA, ensure compliance with SAMM, ITAR, and DoD policies, and coordinate with senior government officials to develop actionable project plans.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience performing FMS stakeholder organization, coordination with senior U.S. and foreign government officials, capture of technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications to maintain continuous and accurate organization of program status, organize and communicate with key stakeholders, schedule, plan, and execute efficient meetings spanning technical and programmatic topics.
  • Experience with international security cooperation and technology transfer policies and procedures, including international trafficking in arms regulations and coordinating the review of all data, hardware, and software shared to ensure it complies with required policy and maintains data security.
  • Knowledge of FMS case management procedures, processes, and compliance requirements such as the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), or Case Development Automation Tool (CDAT).
  • Knowledge of U.S. military systems, hardware, and software with sufficient technology awareness to exercise professional judgment in coordinating tasks, actions, and reviews among a technical team.
  • Clearance: Secret.

Utilize exceptional communication skills, including developing offi cia l correspondence, programmatic, technical, and finan cia l status reports, and more.

You Have:

Experience with international security cooperation and technology transfer policies and procedures, including international trafficking in arms regulations and coordinating the review of all data, hardware, and sof tware shared to ensure it complies with required policy and maintains data security

Knowledge of FMS case management procedures, processes, and compliance requirements such as the Defense Security Assistance Management System ( DSAMS ) , Security Cooperation Information Portal ( SCIP ) , or Case Development Automation Tool ( CDAT )

Knowledge of U.S. military systems, hardware, and sof tware with sufficient technology awareness to exercise professional judgment in coordinating tasks, actions, and reviews among a technical team

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD).
