Job Description

Weare seeking professional, reliable individuals who speak foreign languagesfluently to support a variety of training exercises within the United States.Selected candidates will help create realistic, culturally informed trainingscenarios involving communication, advising, interpretation, and interactionwith role players. This is an unclassified training support opportunity. Noclearance is required, but professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, andthe ability to follow safety and training guidelines is essential. Desired languages: Tagalog, Mandarin, Korean, Russian.

Positions Available:

Responsibilities

• Support realistic scenario-based conversations betweenEnglish-speaking trainees and foreign language-speaking role players.
• Fluency in both English and a foreign language is required.

Specialized Role Players

• Portray realistic scenario characters such as community members,public officials, local leaders, civil personnel, or security-relatedpersonnel.
• Comfortable acting, improvising, following scenario guidance,and adapting to trainee actions.
• Familiarity with the foreign language regional culture tosupport realistic training.

Requirements

Preferred:

• 25 years of age or older.
• Fluent in English and a foreign language.
• Familiar with the culture, customs, communication styles, orregional context of the language spoken.
• Willingness to display emotions commensurate with the rolerequirements.
• Experience in interpretation or translation.
