Job summary

The Oryza Group, LLC is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative to support USARCENT G2 disclosures. This on-site, full-time position at Shaw AFB, SC requires a Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI preferred.

You will review and authorize disclosures, research governing policy, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliant release of information. The role entails maintaining logs, preparing release recommendations, and ensuring proper classification and handling markings for

Qualifications

• Three or more years of foreign disclosure, intelligence disclosure, or closely related experience.
• Knowledge of classification, releasability, need-to-know, and disclosure-control principles.
• Experience preparing and documenting disclosure reviews in a classified environment.
• Strong research, writing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Foreign Disclosure Officer training or comparable formal instruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and track proposed disclosures and determine information owner, classification level, and country of disclosure.
• Research applicable policy and document authority supporting each recommendation.
• Review materials for releasability, need-to-know, and disclosures markings.
• Identify unreleasable information and suggest redaction or releasable-version approaches.
• Coordinate disclosure packages with producers, security personnel, and reviewers; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare release or denial recommendations with basis and conditions for decision-maker.
